[Juventus Podcast] S3E04 – Going Into the International Break…

Ciao ragazzi!

To lighten up your International Break gloom, earlier this week the podders decided to record a brand new edition of It Ain’t Over Till the Old Lady Sings, one which should hopefully see you through the remainder of the very well-deserved (but painful) Bianconero “break” we are currently enduring.

Aaron, Lars, Marco and special guest Ivo Andov (of that other Juve site) joined up to recap the rather strenuous run of games since our last podcast, as well as adding their bits and bobs to the conundrums surrounding the Bianconeri of late. This includes the evaluation of said streak of games, how to best utilize Andrea Pirlo, rotation and formations debates and specifically assessing – once more – the strength (or perhaps lack thereof) of the Juventus strikeforce.

Of course Alessandro Del Piero’s debut for his less-than-impressive new side Sydney FC is addressed as well, before focus switches to Ivo’s amazing experience in Turin, watching the Juve-Roma game at Juventus Stadium (including ultras on strike out of protest) and visiting Juventus Stadium. When all is said and done, Ivo leaves us all with the distinct impression that a pilgrimage to Northern Italy is well worth the trip.

Join in by leaving your comments below as to Pirlo’s fatigue, formation changes, or even Lars’s outrageous cry for playing time for his fellow countryman Nicklas Bendtner!

Enjoy!
